Sales System Supervisor

职位描述：

1、管理SFA（销售手机拜访系统）日常维护工作，确保SFA日常运行稳定

2、管理经销商DMS（经销商管理系统）相关返利考核，统筹DMS日常数据检查工作，执行系统数据核查流程，确保DMS销售数据准确
3、管理销售系统整合项目，将DMS与SFA系统功能结合并且提升系统维护效率和功能，以更好地支持业务需求

4、与DMS & SFA系统供应商沟通合作，管理系统功能开发以及系统维护费用

5、安排经销商季度盘点工作，整理盘点结果并分析

6、准时准确发布经销商库存、KA库存分析报告

7、MDM（主数据管理系统）项目关键用户，支持MDM上线流程梳理以及主导主数据清理

8、销售相关项目支持，提供必要的数据支持

Main Responsibilities:

1、Be responsible for SFA system maintenance management, make sure SFA running in order

2、Manage the evaluation for distributor DMS related terms of the contract. Manage DMS regular data checking process. Organize the data checking work and make sure DMS data accurate

3、Manage sales system integration project. Combine DMS and SFA and improve maintenance efficiency and function to provide more support to sales

4、Cooperate with system agency. Manage system function development and maintenance expense

5、Organize the quarterly distributor stock taking. Summarize and analyze the result

6、DT & KA stock report delivered timely and correctly

7、As key user on MDM project, support MDM process establish and clean master data

8、Sales project supporting. Provide necessary data support

职位要求：

1、大学本科学历

2、熟悉Office办公软件，尤其Excel、PowerPoint

3、具有较强执行能力，对数字敏感，有较强的分析总结能力、逻辑能力，能主动完成工作任务；

4、对待数据认真、谨慎，有良好的人际沟通协调能力，具备高度的责任心；

5、两年及以上工作经验，有系统维护、数据分析相关的项目或工作经验优先考虑；

Qualifications

1、Bachelor is necessary

2、Be skilled in office software, especially in Excel and PowerPoint

3、Have sense of data analysis and good at data checking. Have strong logistic thinking, innovation and execution. Can complete task actively

4、Be cautious and good at communication. Have a sense of responsibility for work

5、More than 2 years working experience. Experience in system management and data analysis is preferred
