KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop the overall CRM especially for North Region
2. Responsible for achieving CRM program objectives including acquisition and retention targets.
3. Construct multi-channel action plan based on customer lifecycle and segmentation profiles
4. Plan CRM activities including above-the-line & below-the-line and track their performance & profitability
5. Use data mining techniques to flesh out customer insights in customer database.
6. Analyze data and translate into actionable customer insights for CRM activities.
7. Focus on customer insights collection and analysis to drive customer centric growth strategies and actions, identify up-sell & cross sell opportunities with joint promotion partners to increase member value.
8. Develop store support model by analyzing demographic / segmentation / category / shopping behavior etc. from system.
9. Explore business opportunities and improve CRM KPI performance by market or city through member data analysis and Initiatives.
10. HO CRM campaign and project execution and follow up
KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor graduate, CET 4 above, preferable major in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics or Business Management
2. Above 5 years of proven experience in managing CRM projects from conception to implementation to delivery with quantifiable results, from leading to supervising the execution. Including digital and social media experience. At least 2 years’ experience in a management position.
3. CRM agency candidates will be considered as priority.
4. Hands on experience and proficiency in business intelligence tools, statistical and data mining models and tools.
5. Strong data analysis skills, project management, and time management skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable consumer insights.
6. Ability to work cross functionally in a highly matrix environment to deliver and share results. Able to move effortlessly from strategic to operational and tactical details.
7. Strong presentation and communication skills. Able to develop and maintain collaborative relationships and foster teamwork with multiple levels or departments with the organization.
8. Self-motivated, independent, able to take initiatives and drive change.
9. Excellent oral and written communication skills for both Mandarin and English.
10. Adequate IT knowledge, strong Excel skills and familiar with data warehousing.
11. Strong autonomy and can work under pressure.
