Position: Expediting Engineer

1. Location: Xingtai, Hebei province

2. Department: Procurement Department

3. Report to: Department Manager/Project Manager

1. Requirements:

1.1 Bachelor degree or above; engineering relative major is preferred;

1.2 Above 5 years working experience including 2 years expediting work experience;

1.3 Good English in speaking and writing;

1.4 Strong skills in MS Office;

1.5 Team work spirit

1.6 Good communication skill.

2. Responsibilities (but not limited to):

2.1 ? Create schedule of vendor documents submission and make record for document submission

2.2 Create schedule of equipment and material delivery

2.3 Ensure delivery of each purchase order in the schedule

2.4 ? Chase delays,

2.5 Daily communication with vendors and project team

2.6 ? Call in earlier deliveries (if required)

2.7 ? Coordinate for inspection of equipment

2.8 In charge of the report and documents related to expediting work
