Application Support for AutoForm Software Solutions
The Product:
Leading software solutions for simulation of sheet metal forming (part forming feasibility study, process layout planning, process design and optimization, die face design, spring back compensation, robustness study, virtual tryouts etc.
Job Tasks:
* Provide direct technical support for AutoForm software solutions as well as e-support to customers in China
* Use knowledge based tools as provided by Autoform to diagnose, research and resolve technical issues of existing and new customers
* Communicate and demonstrate product features and benefits in pre-sales situations
* Present Autoform products to prospective customers
* Do basic and advanced trainings at customer’s sites
* Continuously familiarize with new products and product features as developed by AutoForm
* Actively relate/communicate to the software teams/ technical support teams of Autoform to maintain top level technical expertise

Qualifications:
* University graduate (Master Degree preferred) in mechanical engineering, preferably majored sheet metal forming/forging
* 3 – 5 Years’ experience in the field of CAE application software as Application Software Engineer
* A good understanding of or experience within the Chinese automotive industry or part/component supplier community is highly desirable
* Experience in working directly with customers in a service-related position
* Must have above average troubleshooting skills, strong analytical problem solving skills and the ability to interpret technical questions
* Ability to convey complex technical details
* Good command of both written and spoken English,
* MS Office & other software
