职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:

MARKETING & SALES:
? Coordinate & collaborate with Headquarter functions and customers/trade to migrate data during new product launch process (fill in forms, exchange information)
? Coordinate & collaborate with customers/trade, distributor and agencies for promotion execution (fill in forms, align timings, coordinate process) to assure all material in place on time
? Manage ongoing basic labelling of products and testers (quotation check, marketing budget steering, quantity planning)
? Manage POS material replenishment (tester, brochure) together with distributor
? Support Brand Manager in marketing budget management (open projects in system)
? Support Key Account Manager in rebate reimbursement management (control invoices, update expenses list)
? Support team in presentation creation and fine tuning
? Support ad hoc request, like market data collection
? ….if shows ability & ambition take over (small) projects to manage independent

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION:
? Make travel arrangements, coordinate schedules,
? Arrange and attend meetings (book rooms, send invitations etc.) and take minutes
? Establish a good network with other assistants to support smooth cooperation between interfaces
? .…be the good soul of the team and support where needed

 
 Qualification:

? 1-2 years working experience – preferably as marketing or sales assistant
? good/transparent communications skills written and orally – fluent in English & Mandarin/ simplified Chinese (and nice to have Cantonese/traditional Chinese)
? good in Microsoft Office
? Self-confident, self-driven/inner motivation, well organized, structured, able to cope with multiple topics at the same time, high responsibility for his/her job, passionate about job
? Open-minded, likes teamwork/winning together, global brands/ companies and quality proven products
