? Develop and implement the effective HR Management Systems in Adhesive Operation China, which is conductive to maximize the employee efficiency, productivity and full potential conforming to Henkel corporate's standards. Role reports to HRBP, AO Greater China
? Support and Manage 3 newly acquired operations sites (factories) HR Operations and Integration implementation, business partnership with site managers for all HR activities
? Train and monitor responsible site HR/Admin step by step to understand and implement local life cycle processes correctly for 3 newly acquired companies, make sure all Life Cycle Management process and results well monitored
? Manage data quality and regular HR Report and data analysis for HR KPI monitoring
? Support HRBP for annual cycle HR program including but not limited to Annual salary round, Annual DRT etc.
? Follow up Management Trainee and New Fresh Graduate Program, Blue Collar Job Classification Implementation, etc.
主要要求:
? Minimum 5 years’ work experience
? Related experience from industrial background (factories) is essential
? Human resources experience from Life cycle management or HR generalist background is plus
? Fluent English & Mandarin in both oral and written
? Ability to travel at reasonable basis even though role is based in Shanghai (management center)
