职位描述：
What we offer:
1. Lead NVH (noise, vibration and Harshness) projects, promote and define NVH solutions based on Henkel NVH product portfolios and NVH engineering expertise
2. Detect customer unmet needs, conceptualize and develop NVH solutions that cover these unmet needs with innovation point of view
3. Identify new opportunities for NVH product development or performance improvement, work with project teams to bring these opportunities to market
4. Work as NVH experts to provide state of the art engineering technologies to support projects internally and externally
5. Act as NVH engineering consultant, give valuable and perspective suggestions to stakeholder or customers

Who we are looking for
1. Master degree or PhD degree holder major in Acoustic, Mechanics, Automobile, Vehicle or Mechanical Engineering
2. More than 3 years working experience in NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) or noise vibration control for one hold Master degree; or fresh PhD holder with related research field
3. Familiar with NVH materials, products and technologies, include damping, sound absorber, insulation, sealing and reinforcement etc.
4. Master NVH engineering technologies and have experience on NVH test and/or simulation, SEA (statistic energy analysis) and FEA (finite element analysis) simulation experience as a plus
