SUMMARY OF PURPOSE/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Upholding and promoting SP product image in the region, mainly in L1 cities. Ensuring the agreed business plans and marketing programs are implemented with high quality.
Analyze market and competitive situation for new products in the company.
Work out local strategy and action plans by quarter.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.Participate in national marketing plan development for each product.
2.Define regional product market objectives and strategy together with area sales manager, regional manager & marketing.
3.Develop regional mater promotion plan on quarterly basis together with sales management & marketing. Present & adjust the plan during cycle meetings and ensure the plan is agreed upon by sales & marketing by getting approval from sales & marketing director.
4.Monitor the execution of master plan and provide analysis on each cycle meeting.
5.Design regional promotional activities targeting at CDC KDMs above city level..

REQUIREMENTS
(Required education, experience, certifications, and competencies.)
?Bachelor Degree .
?At least two years working experience in sales department of pharmaceutical company. One year experience with sales management.
?Have a basic working knowledge of market research, product sales and sales promotion activities
? Good market analytical & problem solving skills
?Strong communication and interpersonal skills
?Good knowledge of computer software
?Good English level preferred.
