1. Anti-piracy/compliance issues for software
There is an external international law firm involved on a global level so part of the job will be to coordinate with that law firm for their activities in China. In addition we also want to do direct activities by ourselves, possibly involving external investigators for evidence gathering and then approaching pirate software users directly to apply pressure and then directly negotiate a settlement/business contract (outside of court preferably, business negotiation of course with the support of our sales team)
2. Support MD for legal/business issues
close to me for other commercial and management accounting matters, such as helping check and give advice on business contracts, establishing efficient systems and follow up of overdue debts, helping me to prepare/review management accounting data etc.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree at least with major law
2. At least above 3 years working at law firm or in-house foreign company
3. Have good technical skills and be able to handle documents and paperwork in both English and Chinese
4. Have experience with PRC law related matters is must
5. Have agreement drafting skills in both English and Chinese
6. Have very strong communication and presentation skill with thought in focus
7. Have good command of spoken Mandarin Chinese and English
8. Good literacy of operation on MS office package
