Job Description:
 1. Unique opportunity that combines regional steering with local execution of defined marketing strategy
2. Take lead for the Steering unit Household & Repair for Greater China (~ 60-70% of time allocation), as well as regional lead for the brand Pritt category Stationery & Crafting (~ 30-40%)
3. Regional role:
？ -Customize and shape the global Pritt brand strategy on the regional level (APAC)
？ -Support the countries in preparation and execution of local activities, aligned with the regional strategy
？ -Lead NPD process by utilizing global pipeline and regional opportunities
？ -Responsible for the regional brand P&L to ensure achievement of financial targets
？ -Act as a main interface between the Global team and local teams in the countries
4. Local role:
？ -Responsible for Brand management of Pattex and Pritt in the scope of Steering Unit Household & Repair for the markets of Greater China
？ -Develop and execute annual marketing strategy & activity plan, in close coordination with the sales teams and aligned with regional strategy
？ -Cooperate with creative, research and media agencies as well as in-house Trade marketing, to prepare and execute effective ATL and BTL campaigns driving the brand strategy
？ -Responsible for local Steering Unit P&L, particularly in terms of net sales, gross margin, and marketing budget
？ -Identify opportunities and take lead in launching NPDs aligned with the regional and local strategy
？ -Own and manage portfolio across categories and sales channels
？ -Analyze internal and external data on categories, brands, products, market shares, competitors, customers and markets trends and translate the learnings into brand action points

Who we are looking for:

1. A marketer with 5 year experience in the FMCG, consumer glues or a similar industry
2. Able to steer brands from a strategic perspective, and at the same time able to bring strategy to the execution level
3. Analytical and strategical thinker, with exceptional planning, organizational and numerical skills
4. Outstanding communication and presentation skills
5. Competent in handling projects and complex tasks
6. Energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented individual
7. Team-player able to perform well working together with various internal and external stakeholders
8. Fluency in written and spoken English
9. High degree of competence using Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and PowerPoint
