职位描述：
工作职责：

* Make Equipment PM Master Plan to ensure all equipments in good condition; Write SOP for equipment operation and PM; Identify improvement actions to improve equipment ;
       制定设备PM计划，确保所有设备处于良好状态；为设备操作和PM编写SOP；确定改善设备的改进措施；
* Follow the entity EHS rules, participate in entity EHS activities
       遵循EHS规则，参与EHS活动
* Make sure the equipment has proper maintenance plan (Equipment PM Master Plan);
       确保设备有适当的维修计划（设备PM总计划）；
* Assist ME supervisor or manager to ensure PM is completed in time, to analyze root cause and take corrective action to prevent recurrence ;
       协助工程主管或经理确保PM按时完成，分析根本原因并采取纠正措施以防止再次发生；
* Write standard work instructions(SOP) for all equipments and train operators and technicians;
       编写所有设备的标准作业指导书（SOP），培训操作员和技术员；
* Follow up all daily preventive maintenance and execution;
       跟踪所有日常预防性维护和执行；
* Assist ME supervisor or manager to follow up the internal and external audit findings ;
       协助工程主管或经理跟踪内部和外部审计结果；
* Participate in spare parts application and management;
       参与备件的应用和管理；
* Subcontractor management
       分包供应商管理
* Responsible for all production line equipment data and software management
        负责所有生产线设备数据和软件管理
* Energy management.
       能源管理
* Ensure to execute LOTO safety in PM activities;
        确保执行LOTO安全项目
* Lead the retrofit project of equipment(including safety, cost down, LP.etc);
领导设备改造项目（包括安全、成本降低、LP等）


主要工作结果：以时间百分比划分

* Personnel management: 20%;
* Equipment PM: 20%;
*SOP: 20%;
* The retrofit project of equipment: 20%.
* EHS: 20%


职位要求

* College degree or above, major in mechanical or electrical
        大专或以上学历，机械或电气专业
* At least 4 years experience in equipment maintenance
        至少4年设备维护经验
* Familiar with mechanical, hydraulic, lubrication, pneumatic and other related knowledge
       熟悉机械、液压、润滑、气动等相关知识。
* Familiar with CAD drawing, mapping and spare parts, spare parts processing.
       熟悉CAD绘图、绘图及备件、备件的处理。
* Familiar with Microsoft office software, including Excel, Word, etc.
       熟悉微软办公软件，包括excel、word等。
* Good in English reading and writing
       良好的英语读写能力
