职位描述：
Responsibility:
？ Develop quality program by product line and supplier; incorporating already established TG quality requirements
？ Implement quality program with suppliers, develop vendor score card and make improvement plans for vendors to improve quality control system
？ Make quality analysis and statistics and improve efficiency of supplier quality management
？ Check samples from quality perspective and define key product specifications
？ Improve supplier quality and efficiency performance through reporting of quality reports and continual communication with supplier; identification of root cause of quality problems and implementation of resolution
？ Establish relationship with certified test facility to ensure uniform safety compliance testing at lowest cost

Qualification:
- More than 3 years of supplier development and quality experience with good English communication skill
- Have good product experience with hand tools/ DIY power tools, lighting, toys, camping and home textile items are preferred
- Capable of evaluating supplier performance for improvement
- Ability to learn and evaluate a wide variety of product quickly
- Bachelor degree of Engineering (mechanical or chemical is preferred)
- Good understanding and skill of SPC (statistical process control), problem solving, quality planning
- Result oriented and data driven
- Good communication and reporting skill
- Team player and willing to travel and work overtime
