Qualifications任职资格:
? Mechanical Engineering Degree or Engineering Technologist Diploma plus equivalent work experience or
academic specialization is required. At least four years of university education. Master degree is priority.

? Three to five years testing experience in an automotive engineering environment required. 3—5年的汽

? Power train systems expertise is desired. Lab testing or analysis experience is priority. Lab view

? Must have strong English written and verbal skills. And willing to learn new knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities职责:
? Performs vehicle powertrain component, module, and system test. 完成车辆动力总成的零件，模型，和

? Provide validation expertise as a member of various ECC teams; develop & execute validation strategy via
DVP&R. Individual shall be able to provide advice regarding test selection & expected performance and
speak to test results with internal and external customers.

Develop and conduct Lubrication, MTS, durability dyno and other bench tests as required to evaluate

? Maintain up to date library of customer specifications & industry accepted test methods. Create test
specifications to be used when customer specifications are lacking or unspecified.

? Complete, organize and maintain documentation (including project binders, internal test plans & report,
customer DVP&R) and so on.

? Responsible for all lab equipment purchase (SOR and purchase issue follow up ) and equipment
installation, adjusting, training and so on.

process controlling and testing report.
