职位描述：
What we offer:
? Implement product line strategy at plant level in support of Product Line Managers and Global Technology Managers to drive business growth and manage the products from launch to End of life (EOL), product changes and customer notifications
? Lead Raw Material replacement projects and coordinate the other Adhesive Development Process projects and Change control board process with Global Technology Manager, Product Line Manager, Product Development, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer and Sales team to speed up the product launch and monitor product changes at manufacture site
? Manage product profitability and drive profitability improvements with cost saving initiatives at plant and regional level; Label artwork design and local Technical Data Sheet translation
? Work with Product Line Managers to manage the product portfolio, review product classification and run product rationalization every year and perform other assigned work to support global initiatives such as SLA(Service Level Agreement) roll outs, Rebranding, and sampling process etc. at regional level
? Coordinate the critical supply issue and quality issue for global key accounts, leverage the resource from global team to help operation and supply chain to address the issues
Who we are looking for:
? Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Chemistry or Engineering
? Minimum of three (3) years related experience
? Proficient in both oral and written English and Mandarin Chinese
? Preferably have Product Management Experience and Chemical Company Background
? Good Project Management, Communication and Analytical skills 举报 分享
