Objectives
As a HR generalist the job holder use his/her broad expertise and organizational awareness to support designated functional units translating business strategy into HR solutions. The job holder will work closely with the Functional Unit Heads collaborating within HR community.
Main Task
* Provide overall local HR Key Account services to designated functional units, including organization development, staffing, performance management, C&B and training development;
* Coordinate the implementation of whole process of performance management;
* Coordinate talent development in alignment with business strategy and employee needs to maintain a strong leadership and expert pipeline, including talent pool nomination, talent review workshops organization, development measures and trainings facilitation;
* Provide professional consultancy on C&B policy to line managers and employees, proposals of salary review for local employees during annual merit review according to the company structure, policy and guidelines to ensure internal equity;
* Collaborate within HR community on various HR topics.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree
* Working Experience: minimum 5-8 years solid HR hands on experience as an HR generalist, experiences as an HRBP is preferred.
* Technical & Professional Knowledge: Good command of English (oral and writing);
* Able to work independently, take initiative, set and execute to work plans.
* Good interpersonal communication skills, good ability to interface with people of different levels or diverse nationality
