职位描述：

Objective

• Big Data Analyst is responsible for understanding Home Credit business and needs and according to standards and best practices for architectural Big Data concepts and technologies, he provides guidance and direction to the various development, user interface and business groups on standards that drive deliverables, quality and performance.

• Ensure that software systems, components and implemented standards and security needs are architected for user experience, total scalability, flexibility and performance.

• Build and maintain library of architecture documents, describing AS-IS and TO-BE state of local architectural changes related to main logic and functional business changes in key projects. Employing architecture into early stages of preparations and discussions will be the guarantee of pragmatism and the right approach towards successful business case.

Key responsibilities/duties

Big Data

• Be the Big Data Evangelist, spreading the knowledge and acceptance of proper architecture concepts.

• Develop, implement and manage Big Data user scenarios within HCC.

• Design and implement security concepts in Big Data framework and make sure they are group-level agreed.

• Proactively analyze business and technical requirements which can fit in the area of Big Data and work with business users to implement them.

Experience and expertise

Need-to-have areas

• Practical experience with enterprise concepts and design patterns, integration patterns and best practices.

• Practical experience with Hadoop platform and supporting ecosystem (mainly Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Storm, Oozie and other).

• Practical experience with high-availability enterprise solutions and their operation: Overall overview on technologies and infrastructure solutions, UNIX, Linux and Windows environments, Networks, Application servers/Middleware, Database technologies.

• Knowledge of security principles and security principles in Big Data ecosystem..

• Ability to think on an enterprise level; forward looking.

Nice-to-have areas

• Practical working experience from operations or architecture position in finance/banking sector.

• Practical experience with high-availability enterprise solutions and their operation: Overall overview on technologies and infrastructure solutions, UNIX, Linux and Windows environments, Networks, Application servers/Middleware, Database technologies.

• Practical development skills, e.g. Java, C#, Perl, Python, etc.
