2年以上市场研究公司定量项目督导或项目协调PM相关经验,有汽车研究或广告研究项目经验优先。

有良好的培训、时间管理及成本控制能力
岗位职责:
带领一个3人的项目协调团队(包括下属2名初级项目协调员)
协助协调上级管理人员或研究人员完成实地操作方案的制定
针对实地操作部分提出报价建议
负责常规项目的管理以及协助重要客户及特殊项目的管理
了解各地实地操作的资源
督促各地进行相关准备工作
向研究部门反馈实际情况,并分析项目执行可行性情况
对访问工作的各种情况做出准确的评估和判断,协助访问人员及时发现并解决问题,保证项目管理的正确实施,按时完成项目计划
根据输入查错结果,负责通知访问部项目负责人进行纠错,并跟进纠错进度和质量,确保数据的干净
当数据出现异常情况需要协助研究访问做查找和分析,并负责解决由于访问部门误操作所造成的错误

Job Scope Chart: Project Manager, Research Excellence
Technical Expertise: Functional Expertise
· 4 year Bachelors Degree
· Expert at managing multiple, complex projects, ideally with high levels of data and detail.
· Intermediate understanding of questionnaire design techniques enabling employee to take lead role in developing question(s) that will result in our having data that will meet a specific client need; incorporate into test questionnaire
· Process management skills – has the ability to manage a heavy workload, support S.O.P’s and time and quality commitments with little to no guidance.
· Ability to coach and mentor peers and colleagues within and outside of function on RE processes, practices, and tools.
· Analytical/ Logic and Reasoning aptitude – ability to form basic conclusions from a set of information
· Strong numeric and problem solving orientation
· Strong client service orientation – ability to translate client needs and facilitate information across different specialty units
· Detail Orientation – ability to balance overall project goal with key milestones and tasks.
· Strong Oral/Written Communication Skills

Accountability – Functional
§ Executes multiple (7-15+ pending complexity) Research Projects independently at different phases (Copy Testing or Tracking & AD Equity) from sale to delivery of data including partnering with key Client Service rep for designated project and facilitating necessary information exchange and commitment with Field Ops (internal and external) to ensure smooth implementation of project meeting time, quality and cost expectations (including incidence and completes). Key project execution elements include: project briefing/initiation; project set up requirements (espec or appropriate tool); questionnaire; coding and tab plan creation; data pulls for basic template creation.
§ Provide requisite oversight and direction of suppliers to ensure successful estimating and execution of regional client studies
§ Manages creation of new or changes to existing key study elements as required via Client Service/Client (i.e. questionnaires updates/ scripting logic; change in respondent profile or study demographics).
§ Continuously monitor study elements to anticipates/identify potential problems and manages to resolution or escalates as appropriate.
§ Responds expeditiously to unanticipated or urgent issues and manages to resolution, escalating as appropriate (without Manager’s assistance).
§ Form relationships with key external clients/agencies by attending/participating in study-specific meetings (feasibility discussions, study briefings, results presentations; media plans), by responding to client queries and by providing updates to clients on internal quality improvement initiatives (as appropriate and in alignment with client service contacts expectations)
§ Take initiative to understand client profiles of studies managed including key brands; competitors; and industry trends.
§ Provides coaching and direction to newer members of team, and may provide 1x1 coaching/guidance to new employees as required
§ Demonstrates advanced understanding of project cost and feasibility considerations through participating in estimating processes.
§ May coordinate project management for international studies, as required
§ Supports and may lead key project initiatives and/or product implementations for Research Excellence
§ May provide OTJ and formal training sessions as needed and per training development plan/program
§ Drive consistency and efficiency in processes, practices, tools within and across the Research Excellence teams.
