职位描述：
1）Ensure that Manufacturing, R&D and Marketing of AI and AC are properly informed of specific regulatory issues - existing and impending - impacting the use, handling, distribution and /or disposal of products, intermediates and / or chemical raw materials.
2）Prepare Food Contact Safety Regulations declaration request from AI customers and ensure quality and service level.
Maintain & provide timely assessments of developmental materials - including chemical raw materials and AI and AC product formulations - in order to assure that their health & safety, RoHS, disposal considerations are fully understood relative to business impact and customer satisfaction
3）Maintain processes – SAP EH&S system for product hazard classification, SDS generation and documentation of AI and AC products, and ensure that all Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs related documents (SDS, hazard labels, etc.) are continually up-dated in accordance with the latest regulations and with reference to Henkel’s trade secret practice.
4）Support and organize adequate training to customer supporting functions of AI and AC in order to facilitate timely responses to basic customer inquiries on EH&S related issues at the local level.
5）Assist PSRA Regional Manager on notification of new chemical substances to IECSC inventory

职位要求：
1）Bachelor's Degree in chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
2）Minimum of one year working experience in Chemical Regulations and SHEQ management sys in Petrochemical industries, Industrial Hygiene experience, Occupational safety & health, Food Safety.
