负责市场策略的指定，作为公司面对客户的窗口在现生产项目、项目开发和新项目获取中同客户的采购、技术、质量、项目平台等部门接洽，负责协调处理与所负责项目相关的商务问题；建立和维护客户端基层客户关系网络，确保客户关系管理有效性；客户方信息及时准确的收集、跟踪和反馈，协助决策制定；确保内外部信息顺畅沟通。
