Job Title: Head of Quality Management
Working Location: Chengdu

Responsibilities:
1 Quality management system
Implementation of the QM system according to the requirements of ISO TS 16949, DIN ISO QS 9000 and VDA as well as fulfillment of customer-specific requirements on the basis of the Hella QM system in the company, in order to remain competitive both nationally and internationally in the long term.

2 Q-improvement plan
Coordination of quality-related actions and activities in the company to prepare the Q-improvement plan, in order to
secure our competitiveness through continual improvement.

3 Audits
Planning and implementation or support of/during internal and external audits, in order to check the effectiveness of the QM system and in order to detect any deviations that may be present and initiate appropriate corrective measures.

4 Product quality
Monitoring of quality, detection of quality and service problems as well as drawing up suggestions for solutions and initiating and checking the effectiveness of corrective measures, in order to achieve the "zero-fault target" and guarantee product quality.

5 Customer support/Service quality
Detection and recording of quality and service problems, making suggestions for solutions, ensuring implementation with all those involved, in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

6 Quality in development
Feedback of quality problems in production to product and process development, and influence in the implementation of remedial measures for new development, in order to ensure problem-free SOP through stable and capable processes and
methods.

7 Leadership
Leading and motivating employees and functions assigned in technical terms, in order to achieve the set quality targets with all those involved.

8 Quality reporting
Regular information to the executive management and Q-management about quality-related procedures, quality key performance indicators and trends, as well as quality costs.

9 Purchased parts / Sampling
Management of the quality assurance purchased parts activities at the location, as well as respective Q-service functions sampling, laboratory).

Note: The applicants must be graduates from 211 project universities, with Auto industry working experience will be highly welcomed.
