职位描述

Job Title: Territory Sales Mgr, China

Job Location: Chendu or Xi'an

SCOPE OF POSITION:

Oversee healthcare sales in West China. Focus on selling all Metro clinical and technology products to include automated dispensing and mobile computing. Ideally will be located in Xi’an or Chengdu.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Maintain and develop relationship with existing distributors and locate new distributors/dealers to cover areas of current weakness.
2. In conjunction with distribution partners, develop comprehensive list of all major healthcare projects within assigned territory and gain an intimate understanding of all projects to develop successful sales approach for each
3. Provide product training and demonstrations to dealer network as well as to end user locations as needed
4. Organize participation in regional trade shows and seminars
5. Participate with distributors in hospital vendor selection events
6. Aggressively promote new technology products, quickly gaining demo locations and regional reference sites to accelerate future success
7. Execute short-term and long-term growth strategies


QUALIFICATIONS:

TECHNICAL:

1. Bachelor’s degree, technical or business major is preferred
2. Working experience in healthcare industry for at least 5 years, with at least 3 years sales experience (healthcare technology product experience is desirable)
3. Solid understanding of the departmental infrastructure of a hospital
4. Skilled at Consultative sales approach across all levels of hospital administrators and purchasing decision makers
5. Familiarity with Metro products and applications in healthcare is preferred


ANALYTICAL:

1. Analytical thinking during daily working and good computer skills are needed (Microsoft Office)
2. Good interpersonal communication skills is necessary
3. Good at providing innovative and creative solutions to customers


CONTROL:

1. Acceptable level of English, capable of working in English language environment
2. Driving license is preferred but not required
3. Overnight travel up to 25%
4. High ethical standards.
