Job Title: Engineering Manager (Seating Products)
Purpose of the Role:
Responsible For Complete Seat & Structure Programs
Key Responsibilities:
1. Good communication and cooperation with related departments and plants’ employees to ensure effective problem solving and achieve business objectives
良好的沟通技能,与相关部门较好的沟通和合作,以确保有效的解决问题,实现业务目标
2. Manage allpattern drawings, 3D and BOM utilizing internal system
按照内部流程管理所有图纸,3D数据和BOM
3. Communicate with supplier and manufacture team for manufacturing feasibility analysis
与供应商和制造团队充分沟通,有效评估产品制造可性行评估
4. Manage Engineering Change utilizing internal system.
按照内部流程管理所有的工程变更
5. Attend customer, internal and supplier meetings.
参与客户,公司内部和供应商的相关会议
6. Maintain DFMEA
有效管理维护DFMEA信息
7. Create, follow up and execute DVP and PVP
创建DV,PV 计划,并按计划执行DV,PV试验,提交试验报告
8. Maintain the engineering cost per EDD budget for manpower, prototype, DV &PV testing, travel.
管理工程成本,人员费用,样件费用,DV和PV测试费用,差旅费用在预算范围内
9. Continue follow engineering open issues, analysis the potential root cause , take the action plan and close it.
持续跟踪工程开口问题点,分析潜在的原因,给出行动方案,执行并反馈结果,关闭问题点
10. Support Business department for new business award. Lead the engineering proposal prepare and review with Customer
协助销售部门,提供新项目的报价方案,参与客户的新项目会,争取获得更多的新业务
11. Provide the engineering VAVE Proposal and review with manfacturing, quality, logistic,supplier, purchase team.
提供产品VAVE方案,与内部团队讨论,制定可行的产品VAVE计划
12. Good communication,Get the engineering training from CEC and team work on business award and product development.
与上海CEC保持良好的合作关系,从CEC处获得更多的工程培训资源。
Key Requirements:
1. University degree in engineering, 8plus years Seatingrelated experience
大学工科专业,8年以上汽车座椅产品设计经验
2. Good knowledge of Ford SDS Spec.
对福特标准有很深的了解
3. Good leadership, affinity, developing and driving innovation, new products.
良好的领导力和亲和力,主导产品开发和推动产品创新。
4. Work across cultures, language, time barriers. good communication ability
跨文化、语言、时间工作(全球项目),良好的沟通能力
5. Good English communication ability
