职位描述：
1）Take ownership in each project to implement scale up procedure for commercializing new products and scaling-up to high volume manufacture. lead feasibility study and coordinate product development for scale up, contact window of product development, manage adhesive development process (ADP) in site, validation for new product and new formula
2） Management the change (MOC). Raw materials localization & discontinuation, validate and implement the change
Process optimization by production process improvement, process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA), Control plan review
3） Non-conformance for off spec and Customer compliant management system(CCMS), Analysis process Root Cause and help Quality Engineer for Customer compliant management system (CCMS) trouble shooting
4) Leads by example and will mentor others on the use of advanced quality & design for six sigma (DFSS) tools for robust process design

职位要求：
? Bachelors in Chemical Engineering
? Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in chemical process industry
? Proficient in both oral and written English and Mandarin Chinese
? Competent in problem solving techniques such as Design Of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA), Production part approval process (PPAP). 举报 分享
