Main Responsibilities:

1. Market dynamic monitor and analysis

1.1 Competitive Analysis

a. Monitoring competitors' new product launches

b. Analysis of competitive offerings (claims, pricing, performance, etc.)

c. Competitive activities(media) monitor

1.2 Consumer Understanding

a.Understand Eucerin users' satisfactions/dissatisfactions, expectations

1.3 Eucerin business tracking and analysis

2. Product Portfolio management (with assisstance of line manager)

2.1 Registration

a. provide product list, required samples and documents for registration

b. tracking the progress and provide all possible support

2.2 Supply Chain issue

a. Provide rolling product forecast based on sales target

b. Cooperate with supply chain to ensure on accuracy of demand planning

c. Monitoring supply chain progress, and provide on time instruction and support to ensure the on time delivery of products

2.3 New product launch:

a. Effectively communicate the new product launch and old product delist plan with all related teams

b. Chinese label and leaflet design, and production and distribution

c. New product pricing

3. Brand building plan & Execution(with assisstance of line manager)

3.1 BTL Activities(including trade marketing)

a. Design promotional plans based on marketing strategy and budgeting guidelines

b. On- time delivery of good quality GWP and product set

c. Monitor and evaluate the promotional activities with support from Sales

4. Agency and internal communication and buget management

4.1 Efficient and effective communication internally and with agency

4.2 Build good working relationship

4.3 Monitoring the spending and budget control

5. Stock and product sample management

5.1 Courier warehouse stock management

5.2 In office product, sample management

6. Support line manager to deliver new product launch campaigns

Qualification:

1.2 years working experince in Counter Brand Marketing or Trade Marketing function is preferred

2.Marketing operation experience, trade marketing background is acceptable(counter skincare brand experience is preferred )

3. Product development experience is perferred, only product communication experience is also acceptable

4. Cooperation experience with supply chain, esp on demand planning

5. Strong marketing sense(marketing education experience is not necessary)

6. Good execution capibility, ownership for work

7. Good time management skill

8. Good integrity, clear mind, good communication skill

9. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English
