职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead negotiation on KA annual contract
2. Develop KA annual Joint Business Plan, lead the implementation and the checking
3. Plan and control annual trade spending
4. Ensure the distribution standard implemented
5. Ensure the merchandising standard implemented
6. Develop the promotion plan and ensure the implementation with field force together
7. Ensure both national regular shelf pricing and promotional pricing policy are well implemented
8. Monitor stores’ performance and work with field force to improve if any opportunity
9. Pro-actively communicate with other functions(ie, MKT, Supply Chain) to feedback market information and get support
Qualifications:
1. Above3 year related working experience in MNC in FMCG industry
2. Solid experience on KA operation and contract negotiation
3. Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skill
4. Good command of PC operation
5. Good oral and written English
6. Bachelor degree or above

2. 负责客户年度销售计划制定,执行及控制
3. 负责客户年度费用计划制定及控制
4. 负责客户分销标准的完成
5. 负责客户陈列计划制定及监控
6. 负责客户年度全国性促销计划制定、执行及监控
7. 严格控制所辖客户的销售价格
8. 负责客户门店执行的检查工作,对于不合格门店与区域合作限期督促整改
9. 及时与公司总部其他部门人员进行沟通,反馈市场信息,争取销售支持
Qualification & Experience/职位要求
1. 3年以上知名跨国消费品公司相关工作经验
2. 有重点客户操作和总部谈判经验
3. 大学本科以上学历
4. 熟练操作办公软件
5. 良好的英语口语及读写能力
6. 优秀的沟通及协调、组织能力和解决问题的能力
7. 良好的销售和谈判技巧
