Job Title: SALES, KAM for BMW/DPCA and Dongfeng OEM Clients
FUNCTIONAL AREA: SALES
SOLID DEPENDENCE: SALES DIRECTOR

1. MISSION:

? Achieve the sales and profitability goals settled for a reduced number of critical or strategically customers for the Company, following the guidelines provided by the Sales Director.

2. GENERAL FUNCTIONS*:

? Communicate internally the customer strategy; investigate and predict the market evolution, anticipate customers’ needs in order to be able to adapt COMPANY to new tendencies.
? Define and propose the commercial targets and activities for customers, in cooperation with Technical and I&D Areas.
? Lead commercial activities for clients in order to keep them satisfy and loyal to COMPANY.
? Present detailed proposals to the clients, cooperating closely with project teams.
? Carry out offer presentations to the customers and report incidences to Sales Director.
? Be part of project teams in order to achieve project goals.
? Lead customer focus service, monitoring & supporting incidences resolution.
? Represent customer’s interests inside COMPANY, transmitting their needs and expectations to our organization in order to provide the best response.
? Report the key indicators/documents defined for its activity.
? Actively cooperate with the Department in the maintenance, promotion and improvement of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Environment

3. POSITION REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION & LANGUAGUES & EXPERTISE)

Academic background: University degree (commercial, marketing)

Additional training: MBA

Languages: English (Advanced Level), second language according to the customer assigned.

Minimum Experience required: 3 years in a similar position in a multinational company.
