职位描述：
What we offer

Provide information technology (IT) services, business process consulting and ensures IT compliance to the business units and functions in Greater China
Ensure smooth daily Information Technology (IT) operations and meet agreed key performance indicator (KPI) target
Assist in implementation of standards in accordance to corporate and regional strategies
Monitor the service delivery from external IT vendors and perform level 3 support to end users

Who we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of three (3) years of related work experience of IT Service Delivery Engineer
Fluent English communication skills
