职位描述
A fast growing Norwegian Company based in Zhangjiagang (Jiangsu province) is seeking to hire a young, committed and career minded PA to Finance Manager/Internal Financial Controller with "can do" attitude
Competency Level:
? University graduate with major in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Practical experience in using Sage ACCPAC or any other Accounting software.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
? Administrative & Secretarial support (including but not limited to bilingual translation) to expat Finance Manager.
? Back-up as A/R Accountant (while the A/R Accountant proceeds on maternity leave, 3-4 months from now)
? Responsible for the effective implementation and continuous enhancement of the internal control procedures
? Involve/Assist in monthly closing and variance analysis
? Coordinate and ensure timely completion of company financial statements/MIS reports
? Responsible for monthly AR and Bank Reconciliation
? Liaise with Banks, Tax Authorities
? Involve/Assist in annual budget and forecast preparation
? Other ad hoc financial tasks as and when assigned

? Creative and effective planner.
? Focused and pressure tolerant.
? Possess multi-disciplinary and co-ordination skills to interact with different personalities.
? Flexible and adaptable to changes and professional requirements.
Experience:
? Minimum 5 - 8 years in an International or a major local Company
Skills required for the job:
? Excellent oral & written bilingual (Chinese ~ English) communication skills
? Strong sense of ownership, initiative and drive.
? Quick learner, detail oriented and willing to accept changes.
? Excellent time management skills
? Ability to work with minimal supervision
? Comfortable in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
To be considered, you should be:
? Native Chinese
? Should have stayed in one Company for a minimum of three years (no job hoppers please)
? Flexible, energetic, willing to stay longer hours in the office (if required) willing to travel occasionally.
You will work in an International, bilingual environment with a young, friendly and helpful team. This is a great chance to work with a growing International organization and work with a multicultural staff using English as the main working language.
