Principal Accountabilities
主要职责
1. Booking and managing RB based on the law requirement of china customs.
按照中华人民共和国海关要求，对加工贸易进行管理并进行财务记账。
2. Communicating with Customs and import&export agency， solve problems during the operation of RB
与海关, 报关行沟通，解决加工贸易过程中出现的问题。
3. Management of return tax and VAT.
出口退税及增值税管理。
4. To ensure the daily operations smooth and effective;
确保日常业务顺利有效的进行
5. Provide real-time management and operating reports, and keep accurate data of computer systems and manual operation systems;
提供实时管理和操作的报告，保持准确的计算机系统和手工操作系统数据
6. To comply with the laws, regulations and other requirements in environment and occupational health, in order to achieve the goals and targets.
遵守质量、环境和职业健康安全法律、法规和其他要求，贯彻公司质量、环境和职业健康安全方针，努力实现与本岗位相关的质量、环境和职业健康安全的目标、指标。
7. To maintain a healthy & safe work environment by recognizing and managing environmental hazard in the work place.
在日常工作中，对本岗位的环境因素、危险源实施有效控制

Qualifications/Skills要求

1. Bachelor education and major in trade or business management or finance management or accounting..
本科以上学历，国际贸易或者财务管理或者会计学专业

2. 进出口或加工贸易5年以上，深入了解相关法律法规
At least 5 years working experience in the fields of import&export or RB. Deep knowledge connected with RB and import&export.

3. Foreign-invested enterprises experience is a plus.
       外资企业工作经验者优先。
4. Skillfully use computers and office software;
熟练使用计算机及办公软件

5. CET 4.
英语4级。
6. Good communication skills;
良好的沟通能力
7. The ability of planning, organization, coordination and teamwork spirit;
具备规划，组织，协调及团队合作的能力
8. Knowledge of quality, environment & occupational health and safety regulations in the work place.
        具备工作场所的质量，环境和职业健康以及安全法律法规知识。
9. Analytical skills of environment and hazard.
       具备环境与灾害的分析能力
10. Awareness of emergency and quick to action.
