Responsibilities
? Manage new product development projects from concept to launch.
? Define the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the project.
? To be responsible for the coordination, execution and implementation of projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
? Control project budgets and timescales.
? Liaise with as Product Management to fully understand project requirements.
? Liaise with Supply Chain to ensure timely implementation of projects into production.
? Liaise with suppliers when necessary.
? Manage design reviews and maintain compliance with design control procedures.
? Key role to perform the regular review of the project progress.
? Key role to coordinate the cooperation within the R&D team, and also with other business partners, internal or external.
? To ensure projects meet industry leading quality standards.
? Analysis performance after project completion in order to identify ways of improving future performance.
? Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to the new product management team.

Qualification
Education:
? B.S. Or M.S. Degree Or Equivalent External Experience
? Mechanical/electronic engineering or other relevant engineering majors.
Language:
? Fluent English, both in oral & written
Experience:
? Ideally technically qualified to degree level.
? Minimum 5 years project management/leader experience.
? Proven track record in project management.
? Technical background in product development preferable.
? Good organizational and presentation skills.
? Good documentation capabilities.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Experience with Microsoft Project.
Knowledge:
? Knowledge & understanding of medical regulations & their impact on business, including but not limited to ISO13485/FDA QSR & GMP
? Understand the requirements of design control;
? Familiar with Design Verification/ Validation, FMEA, DFM;
? Computer literacy, and proficient in Office software and CAD design software
? Good project management skills, good MS Project software skills;
? Good verbal, written and diagrammatic communication;
