Responsibilities:
* To support the Asia Pacific Area Manager in the development of the annual revenue for China
* To select target customers according to the Group strategy
* To develop a commercial pipeline for the target customer
* To develop and maintain customer relationship
* To regularly visit customers and understand their needs
* To lead the preparation of offers in co-operation with the other functions, in particular Engineering and Technical Support
* To close contracts and achieve or over-achieve the agreed sales budget
* To identify business development opportunities also with co-operation and partnerships
Requirements:
* Sales and marketing management
* Market understanding, competitive assessment
* Customers relationship management
* Negotiation skills
* Easy to create relationship, communication skills
* Proactive, objective oriented
* Organization and proactivity
* Availability to travel within China (around 120dd/year)
* Chinese nationality preferable
* College Education, Economics – Engineering preferred
* LANGUAGE: Chinese mother tongue; English fluent
* COMPUTER: excel, PowerPoint, outlook proved user
