橱窗是H&M的重要窗口, 作为服装陈列师，你在橱窗里布置了什么, 顾客就将看到什么。我们相信我们的顾客一定始终能得到实惠，我们也相信在H&M购物将给顾客带来美好的体验。你需要为公司不同部门的商品促销和流行趋势发布贡献力量，你对时尚的感觉、创造力以及商业头脑将有帮于传达H&M品牌形象，你工作的主要目的是让顾客对我们感兴趣，同时作为一个服装陈列师，你又是一个重要的销售人员,你的工作还包括是指导我们的销售人员如何优化店铺形象，提高销售业绩。


主要要求:
视觉陈列专业或受过专业的视觉陈列培训者优先
在时尚零售行业有1-3年相关工作经验
能够做店内陈列，橱窗陈列, 美工装饰等
具有团队合作精神，积极主动
能积极灵活地对不断变化的商业环境作出反应
能用英语进行简单的日常沟通
能理解并符合公司的文化


The windows are the face of H&M and what people see in them is your work! We believe that our customers should always get a good deal. We also believe that shopping at H&M should be easy and pleasant experience. You work with promoting garments and trends in different departments. Your sense of fashion, creative and commercialism are your talents and they will help define the look of H&M. The main target is to inspire the customers. As a visual merchandiser you are also an important sales person and your role is to teach our sales staff to optimize the look and the sales of the shop.
Key requirements:
Professional training in Visual Merchandising preferred
1-3 years relevant experience of fashion retailers
Brand Visual in in-store design, window display, store decoration/renovation
A team player with positive mindset
Respond in a positive and flexible way to constantly changing business circumstances
Basic English skill
Understand and fit H&M culture
