1. Requirements:

1.1 Bachelor Degree or above; Major in engineering or business administration;

1.2 Chemical engineering, Mechanical or Civil background is preferred;

1.3 Minimum 5 years of project proposal, or procurement/bidding experience with good marketing sense;

1.4 Similar experience as business development or project management is preferred;

1.5 Working experiences in foreign company is preferred;

1.6 Fluent English and Chinese;

1.7 Excellent communication skills;

1.8 Willing to travel within China;

1.9 Be familiar with the eastern and western cultures;

1.10 Can work independently and provide prompt response to clients;

1.11 Be responsible and hard worker with good work attitude;

1.12 Positive attitude, open character and interpersonal skill;

1.13 A multi-task player and team player.

2. Responsibilities (but not limited to):

2.1 Investigate new project opportunities;

2.2 Develop and retain relationships with current and potential clients;

2.3 Develop and retain relations with key governmental departments and development zones;

2.4 Attend meetings and do presentations at a high management level;

2.5 Evaluate tenders and to prepare proposals for these tenders;

2.6 Contract negotiations;

2.7 Attend networking functions, events and trade shows.
