职位表述和要求:
Responsibilities
1. To be responsible in sales forecast, budget, marketing analysis, developing business and to assist in competitive strategy support for CD LBU in Liquid Bulk Business;
2. To grow industrial Liquid Bulk business in CD LBU using applications technology and competitive predominance from Air Products;
3. To achieve the performance targets in sales management and field sales force;
4. To lead sales team to become the leading experts to meet customer’s requirement in CD LBU in the Liquid sales, Marketing, Value-added Service and application technology support area;
5. To provide valuable information including marketing, prospects, competitor’s activities and their selling stratagems and customer’s complain for CD LBU;
6. To deal with equipment selection, proposal preparation, technical presentations and project management with related department and GAD group;
7. To assist GAD engineers to conduct trials at customer sites to demonstrate Air Products technology;
8. To work closely with local GAD staff in China and to introduce application technologies to CD LBU and arrange support to project implementation at prospects/customers plants;
9. To work closely with CD LBU’s financial affairs to insure account receivable in time and provide customers credit information to CD LBU’s financial affairs;
10. To work closely with CD LBU’s distribution, operation, and others department to improve efficiency and reduce cost for CD LBU;
11. To lead and develop customer service network for CD LBU;
12. To provide commissioning support and after-sale services to customers;
13. To develop and maintain current customers and database of prospects, customers, and sales trends in liquid marketing, application technology and customers service in CD LBU.
Requirements
1. Sales, commercial, communication, good organization, interpersonal abilities and management skills;
2. Excellent in both spoken and written in English;
3. Proficiency in PC skill;
4. A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Degree or a technical degree in a relevant specialty;
5. Experience at least for three years in sales, marketing and management for foreign invested company.
