职位描述：
Title: Quality Assurance Director
Reports to: Plant Manager

Job Summary: Assure the quality of production and products by implementing effective process controls and sampling methods in conjunction with effective audits. Monitor the trends and recommends corrective actions. Provide training on quality work instructions and procedures. Drive the manufacturing facility’s quality efforts through strong leadership, data driven decisions, and consistent application.

Essential Functions:
1. Develop and oversee a quality management system that will ensure that production and products meet or exceed customer requirements.
2. Plan, develop, and implement standardization and control plans to meet internal needs and customer needs.
3. Create, maintain, and implement manufacturing quality checks and audits. Record and report discrepancies promptly.
4. Create, maintain, coordinate, and implement quality process controls which assure product quality in lieu of inspecting.
5. Work closely with engineering and manufacturing to resolve problems with product design, specifications, materials, tooling, procedures or processes affecting quality.
6. Coordinate activities to resolve and eliminate customer complaints and return issues.
7. Analyze company quality data and report trends and suggestions to managers and executives.
8. Ensure the development of a quality training program and conduct training classes.
9. Ensure establishment of compliance with appropriate procedures in auditing, testing, documentation and other quality assurance related areas.
10. Monitor and track cost pertaining to internal, supplier, and customer. (Cost of Quality)
11. Lead the entire company to implement and maintain a quality system that could pass the equivalent of a TS16949 audit.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent background of 7+ years in quality manufacturing; automotive or electronics industry experience is highly preferred
2. 5+ years of management experience
3. Proficient English
4. Effectively demonstrate leadership and management skills
5. Ability to communicate critical issues to in a timely manner
6. Ensure deadlines and department goals are met
7. Manage and resolve conflicts in a positive manner and create a positive work environment
8. Coaching, mentoring, and training skills
9. Ability to define development expectations
