Job description:
1.Responsible for the planning, management and overall delivery of services in CB/SD function
2.Participate and assist in strategic planning for China SSC where required
3.Lead change efforts into China SSC for CB/SD function
4.Develop and implement CB/SD policies and procedures and ensure compliance as administered in China SSC
5.Develop and evaluate performance indices to measure operational efficiency against leading practice
6.Monitor resource utilization and manage resource allocation, including identifying changes to long term resource needs and implementing necessary actions
7.Oversee the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing process and coordinate with respective parties as required (e.g. other teams, customer contact)
8.Review and analyze financial/ management report related to CB/SD function
Work closely together with other Process Improvement Managers to insure best possible communication and interaction between the processes
