职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1.Make collaborative demand forecast with subsidiary team and improve forecast accuary;
2.Monitor demand change and feedback to internal team to optimize inventory and improve service level
3.Visit and communicate with subsidiary and collect more precise marketing information/stargety for FCST input
4.Make collaborative budget plan for new collection with product team and GTM team and NPI team
Job Requirements:
1. 3-5 years working experience and over 2 years of supply chain or Demand /Marketing experience.
2. Bachelor degree or above, in marketing, statistics is preferred.
3.Familiar with Microsoft office, mainly excel, access infrastructure better.
4. Understand forecasting theory &method.
5.Highly flexible and mobility to travel for short or long periods.
6.Fluent English, Learning agility, proactive, Accountability, customer focus, self-motivated, well-organized, good communication skills, adaptability, systematic thinking, result-oriented.
