Title:
Senior RF Engineer
 
Position To Which Person Reports:
Engineering Manager
 
Purpose Of Job:

Provide RF solutions by interfacing with the customer to support the rapid design and manufacture of antenna solutions meeting customer needs. Work closely with design teams to insure a thorough and ongoing understanding of the requirement, excellent communications with rapid response time and outstanding work results and thorough design. Work with Process Engineer and quality engineers to define production and quality related parameter.

Major Responsibilities And Authority:
?Design antennas using computer simulation and experimental techniques.
?Fabricate and test novel antenna designs for use in DAS antenna, and other wireless devices.
?Well communication with customer to figure out customer's tech requirement;
?Make RF design for certain project;
?Characterize antenna performance by conducting electrical tests such as VSWR, near and far field gain measurements, and specific absorption rate (SAR) tests.
?Work as part of an engineering design team with mechanical engineers to develop new products.
?Provide support and assistance to project team as needed.
?Learn antenna tuning technology, and then work with customer to resolve antenna/RF issues in product development
?Provide antenna/RF analysis and solution to global customers
?Prepare RF sample, approval sheet, RF test instruction;
?Work with ME/PM for all design documentation from RF side
?Proactively involve project activities for RF and general projects issue


Required Qualifications:
?Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology, major in Electromagnetic or RF circuit design is preferred.
?Computer literate-MS Office required, programming skills and analytical software experience a plus.
?Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-nation environment,
?Good communication skills, both oral and written in English and Chinese
