1. 新客户的拓展及旧客户关系维护；
2. 根据客户职位描述，深入分析其用人需求，并与客户交流对职位的看法，针对客户的不准确定位提出相关建议；
3. 确定目标候选人目标群，运用多种渠道进行人员搜索；
4. 与候选人接触，判断其是否合适职位要求，并对其背景进行审核；
5. 制作候选人推荐报告，并对候选人作出相关评价，向客户作出推荐；
6. 跟进面试安排事宜，并对候选人作必要的面试辅导；
7. 与客户就候选人情况进行交流讨论，帮助其在众多候选人中进行甑选；
8. 候选人面试通过后跟进相关offer事宜，在客户与候选人之间进行协调；
9. 跟进候选人报到、入职准备等事宜，候选人报到后跟进收款，并对所推荐候选人工作情况进行跟踪；

1. Business develop and relationship maintenance with clients;
2. Analyse customers' request, communicate with customers, give them suggestion about the position;
3. Make sure the target candidates, search them by various channel;
4. Contact the candidate to see whether he is suitable for the position or not. Then reference check;
5. Make cadidate report and comment on his ability, recommend the candidate to customer;
6. Interview arrangment;
7. Help HR to make the decision who is the right person for the vacancy;
8. Follow up the offer issue, and coordinate between customer and candidate;
9. Follow up candidate register and payment;
