Purpose目标:
GM is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies. Constantly documenting procedures, quantifying results, improving procedures and re-quantifying (innovation cycle)
总经理主要负责确保并提高业绩和生产力,通过一些有效的方法和策略,来提高部门性和组织性运作的效率和收益。日常负责制定程序和量化结果,优化程序和再量化结果(即创新循环机制)

? Ability to manage the overall organization when CEO is traveling or out of office .Maintain a working environment that allow all employees to flourish

? Best Practices - Improve processes and policies in support of department goals. Formulate and implement departmental policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.

? Human Resources - Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance.

? Production - Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.
