Summary of Job:
1) Supply on-site start-up, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairing and product training service to the UPS customer in East China area.
2) Supply UPS technical support to internal or external business parties.
3) Sign contract with 3rd party.
Key Responsibility:
1) Focusing on Customer Satisfaction in all on-duty activities.
2) Carry out on-site start-up, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintanence, repairing and on-site customer operation training service activities in the area, limited in the trained models.
3) Make clear, correct, detailed and timely site service activity report to relative parties and in the In-touch system.
4) Participate in product's training course by company. Study the latest development of the UPS technologies and relative knowledges.
5) Supply proper technical support to relative parties and carry out any special UPS assigned by the After-sales Service Manager.
6) Collect the necessary information of the UPS from site service practice and report it to the After-Sales Service Manager in time.
7) Do best to create a good communication and relationship with the clients during service practice.
Qualification & Requirements:
1) University degree, major in Electrics, Automation or technical colleges graduate with a high ability of self-educated.
2) Above 1 year UPS field service experience with a univerty degree, or above 2 years UPS field service experience with a technical colleges graduate background.
3) English writing and reading ( preferred).
4) Computer knowledge and skills.
5) Electrical knowledges.
