职位描述

Key Tasks 主要工作职责:
Greet all office visitors, answer phones, and make coffee
接待所有办公室访客,接听电话,并制作咖啡
Key Customers主要服务对象:
Receptionist&Barista works with internal and external customers. The internal customers include the employee and the Coffee Technicians. The external customers include anyone who buys a Greenhouse product or drink coffee or through a Salesman.
接待/将咖啡师是和内部和外部客户共事。内部客户包括员工和咖啡师。外部客户包括任何购买古林坊产品包括在喝咖啡的人或售货的客户。
Key Customers主要服务对象
The Customer & Taobao Fulfillment/Receptionist works with internal and external customers. The internal customers include the Salesmen and the Coffee Technicians. The external customers include anyone who buys a Greenhouse product or service on Taobao or through a Salesman.
客户&淘宝订单处理∕接待将和内部和外部客户共事。内部客户包括销售员和咖啡师。外部客户包括任何购买古林坊产品包括在淘宝或售货员服务的客户。
Key Skill Requirements核心技能要求:
? Must be fluent in verbal and written Chinese (English and Cantonese preferred but not required)
出色的中文口语和写作能力(英语和广东话优先但不做要求)
? Must have excellent people and communication skills
出色人际沟通能力
? Must be able to oversee multiple projects at once
能同时监管多个项目
? Must present a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and be able to maintain composure under pressure
和客户互动时必须有专业和礼貌的举止,能在压力下保持冷静
? Must be organized and detail-oriented and have excellent computer skills
必须有条理,注重细节,有良好的计算机技巧
? Must have a basic working knowledge of QuickBooks
必须有QuickBooks基本操作知识
? Must have a basic working knowledge of inventory to check for product availability and appropriate alternative to offer clients in the case of unavailability of products requested
必须对库存产品的性能有基本的了解,当不能提供客户所要求的产品时可以给客户提供更多的选择。
? Be able to physically perform all required duties.
