1、The Digital Operations position manages greenhousecoffee.cn and Torch coffee.com (the Chinese side) and assists the marketing manager in making the websites achieve the function that the marketing department desires. Put simply, if we need something changed on the website, this position changes it.
1、数字操作员须管理greenhousecoffee.cn和Torch coffee.com的中文网站、协助销售经理利用网络为销售部门服务。如果我们需要更改网站上的信息，也需要数码管理员去做。
2、Increases SEO for our websites so that it is easy for users to find us using search engines. (Baidu, Yahoo, Google)
2、使搜索引擎优化升级，以便让我们的用户使用起来更简单。（百度，优酷，谷歌）
3、This position is responsible for integrating our digital reach to mobile platforms. Social media plays a part in mobile integration so this position will work with the Marketing Manager to increase mobile and social engagement with the brand.
3、将数字搜索和移动平台融为一体。社会媒体在移动一体化中起着重要作用，所以该职位的工作人员需与销售经理合作，用品牌的效应去提升移动和社交活动。
4、This position is responsible for making sure that our brands are easily found on Baidu Ditu and other location finding apps. This position will update these sites and platforms as we add more coffee houses.
4、须确保我们的品牌可以在百度地图或者其他定位程序上面很轻易地被找到，并且当我们开更多家咖啡店的时候负责更新这些网站和平台。
5、As we develop the Torch Coffee app, this position will be responsible to help the Marketing Manager think through user experience.
5、当我们开发Torch咖啡的应用程序时，数字操作员需根据用户使用体验来帮助销售经理思考。
6、This position will also be responsible for managing the app when we receive it from the developer, and needs to be involved in the development process.
6、当我们从开发商那里获得应用程序的时候数字操作员还得负责去管理它，并且参与到程序的升级中去。
7、This position is part of the content marketing team and will help the marketing team think through which platforms to post our content on. This position will be responsible for the execution of this posting.
7、数字操作员这一职位是内容营销团队的一部分，可以帮助营销团队思考通过何种平台去宣传我们的公司内容。数字操作员将负责管理宣传过程。
8、This position will be responsible for a weekly report about our social media analytics, as well as our web analytics (visits, bounce rates, etc)

9、This position is responsible for driving digital integration in the shops using social, web and other mobile platforms.

10、Responsible for ensuring that Gift cards and POS are functioning properly.
