Responsibility:

1. Setup/Maintain reliability tester (include ALT, H/L temperature, Thermal shock, Burn-in…etc).
2. Create/Maintain documents relate to reliability testing, e.g. test plan, test spec. test instruction, test report.
3. Conduct reliability test for verification of VT and mass production process.
4. Establish and provide test data as test plan or customer requirement.
5. Set up, maintain and daily manage reliability test lab.
6. Monitoring testing yield and support the failure analysis of test. Feedback test nonconformance to corresponding dept. and assist in following up C&P action.
7. Be responsible of designing test method/plan, and monitoring the process of fixture
making witch handled by supplier. Train supplier to make a good test jig/fixture to meet
our/customer’s requirement.
8. Make sure all testers/ fixtures/ tooling meet our company’s requirements & standard.
9. Be involved in develop reliability test for new technical transfer from customer side to our company.

10. Conduct activities assigned by QA manager or supervisor.

Requirement:

1. College degree (electronic specialty is better) or above.
2. 3 to 5 years working experience in electronic reliability testing side. Have PCBA experience is
preferred for us.
3. Good written & oral English.
4. Have test development experience is required.
5. Honest, hardworking, good communication skills.
6. Have the knowledge of ISO9001/TS16949/AS9100 /ISO13485 / ISO14001/OHSAS18001.
