SUMMARY OF JOB:

Be responsible for project and product quality and risk management. Ensure that the Offer Quality of project is built in to reach the customers satisfaction. Guarantee the best application of the Offer Creation Process, collaborative and function processes. Assist Project Manager in managing the risk.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Guarantee that the project meet objectives (customer satisfaction, product quality, project execution).
• Understand general quality goal expectations of any project, and specify the specific quality goals for PMP project. Capture any planned deviations from the expected quality goals.
• Creat and post "Issue Report" of each project in time.
• Translate quality objectives listed in the requirements into quality commitments to be met in the project and validate consistency of project quality plans
• Choose quality methods, tools and system, to be used in the project and guarantee that they are effectively used.
• Facilitate product design & development from quality view, enhance team member quality concept.
• Understand that risk management apply to each project objectives(Schedule, Financials, Scope, Customer and Quailty), evaluate risks and propose corrective action plans.
• Formulate a "GO-NOGO" opinion regarding quality risks at each project step.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
• Support test activities from validation team or work as validation test enigneer for specific projects.
• Support supplier quality qualification and development.
• ETO project management and support.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION – MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL:
• Bachelor's degree in HVAC, PM, or quality major

EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED:
• 3+ years previous experience as QA for cooling(Air/Con) products.
• 1+ year project management experience

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1 – REQUIRED:
• Familiar with project management methodology
• Understand the link between Customer satification and buniess process
• Familiar with audit pracites
• Well Understand with quality tools
• Excellent english written and verbal communication skills.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 2 – DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
• Entry level knowledgy of change management methodogy
• Basic knowledge on Datacenter cooling(Air/Con) products
• Basic knowledge on electric
