Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular audit based on approved internal audit plan and issue audit report in time.(EPA-KPI).

2. Cooperate with PROD, MFE, TE and PIE in INMS to finish the operational audit report.(EPA-KPI).

3. Communicate with other departments smoothly make sure that process have a effective result and under control.(EPA-KPI).

4. Provide monthly internal audit summary and follow up, to handle internal audit meeting with related department.(EPA-KPI).

5. Special cases auditing requested from IAC manager.


Qualification:

1. University graduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or Engineering. Experience in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, other Continuous Improvement experience or IT audit is an advantage.

2. Minimum 3 years in manufacturing working experience.

3. Ability to determine risk areas, identify control issues, compile documentation and mapping of policies and procedures.

4. Cross cultural and independent with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Sound Analytical mind, Self-motivated, detail-minded, hardworking, meticulous and an energetic team player.

6. Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and Good in written and spoken English.

7. PC literacy especially MS Excel and Words.

8. Independent and critical mind, willing to learn, ready to contribute and excel oneself.
