职位描述
一、任职条件：
1、性别不限，男性优先，33岁—50岁之间；
2、本科以上学历，项目管理专业以及懂日语或韩语者优先录用；
3、八年以上实际项目管理工作经验，三年以上同岗位管理经验，具有“高级项目管理师”证书者优先；
4、沟通能力强，团队协作意识强烈；具备较强的战略规划思维，强有力的判断及决策能力；具备良好的人际交往能力，组织协调能力强。
二、工作内容：
1、把公司现有的各类系统、资源和人员有效地结合在一起，采用规范化的管理流程，在规定的时间、预算及质量目标范围内完成项目；
2、负责参与协调公司总部与甲方间的关系；
3、负责协助项目所需的技术和人力资源开发，对项目所属人员进行培训和工作指导；
4、负责建立完善的项目管理制度、流程及标准，并监督执行；
5、参与工程验收工作；
6、其他需要完成的工作。
