Key Duties

• Approval of lab dips ensuring color consistency within the brand

• Assisted with color standards evaluation, distribution and system maintenance

• Communicated with designers, production team and suppliers to ensure accurate color execution.

• Support Senior Merchandiser in whole process of Fabric / Trims development from Concept development to SMS and bulk production.

• Follow up the fabric and trims development, checking relevant documents.

• Setup / update the clear and detail tracking records for color Lapdip, SMS order and bulk quality approval process.

• Cooperate with Creative / Collection management and QMF team, to alert any potential issues during development and SMS stage.

• Assist supervisor for management analysis

• Travel to China and Asia required

  Essential Requirements

• High Diploma or High Certificate in Clothing related disciplines

• Good color sense

• Minimum of 2-3 years solid working experience in related discipline with merchandising background and strong understanding in fashion

• Strong fashion sense and excellent knowledge of material development as well as proficiency in price negotiation and lead time analysis and good sourcing skills

• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, good team player as well as being proactive, flexible and having a logical, analytical thinking

• Ability to work independently and well-organized as well as open minded to adapt to an multicultural working environment

• Willingness to travel

• Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Skilled in MS-office software

• Be able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks

• Good organizational skills
