职位描述

Resquirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. At least more than five (5) years in the automotive industry - preferably Tier 1 or OEM.

3. Understand auto parts market, familiar with OEM manufacturers / Tier 1 and 2.

4. Proficiency in English, good writing skills and PPT ability.

5. Excellent sales communication ability, expression ability and customer communication ability.

6. Familiar with IATF16949.

7. Good team spirit, self-learning ability, hardworking and positive.

8. Can travel frequently, with a driver's license.

9. Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.

10. Travel to and from plants as necessary.

11. Ability to function in an industrial and office environment.

Responsibilities:

1. In accordance with the company's development goal and market development plan, focus on developing a direct channel of sales with automotive customers in China. Provide sales support for Wuxi, Taicang, Kunshan, Jinan and future new factories. 

2. As project leader, advise or manage the progress of new projects, business negotiations / investments. 

3. Together with the technical engineers, conduct cost and profit analysis, organize effective quotation of the product / service.

4. Together with the technical team, use IATF16949 tools to develop and manage new projects.

5. According to the annual budget plan, designate advertising, planning and various exhibitions and conference activities to improve the company's reputation and attract more valuable potential customers.

Job Purpose:

1. Gain access to, and establish relationship to OEM's and Tier 1s in China.

2. Responsible for identifying short, medium and long-term projects with OEMs and Tier 1s, establish a rapport with key project owners and ensure Bodycote is recognized as a partner for such projects.

3. Develop profitable business with new customers.

4. Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.

5. Ensure that customers recognize Bodycote as their preferred option for Heat Treatment outsource.

6. Be confident and able to explain new HT technologies and how they can help on new projects.
