Job Description

-Responsible for Employees payroll processes including Office and Plants

-Be fully responsible for payroll services within responsible areas on timely and accurate basis, including payroll, close-out, allowance, 13th monthly salary, bonus, reward payment, individual income tax, etc.

-Complete in-cycle and off-cycle payroll independently (simulation, running, checking, posting, approving and e-banking).

-Handle social insurance and housing fund operation process, make gap reports between accrual and actual payment.

-Make analysis reports about labor cost for different function departments

-Provide support on individual specific questions regarding payroll routed from Front Office and payroll-related certificates.

-Work together with leader to establish and manage the overall payroll process and system by ensuring that the team is following company procedures (payroll run, check, e-banking, etc.), ensure payroll calendars and relevant information are developed and communicated to impacted parties; Utilize methods of continuous improvement and implements improved methods for processing.

-Perform other related duties as assigned. Working on projects as necessary and required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and above
• 3+ years of professional experience working with payrolls.
• Hands-on experience with multi-company payroll processing.
• Thorough knowledge of multi-state payroll and payroll taxation.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of HR data elements and dependencies.
• Ability to work under high pressure and take initiative on leading change
• Detail oriented and a demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Demonstrated superb customer relations skills with internal and external
• Teamwork – good interpersonal skills essential and must enjoy working in a team environment;
• Good English skill.
